Since coming up with this no-bake cheesecake recipe a few years ago, now I never bake cheesecakes. Why spend time, electricity and eggs on a dessert that can be easily made with cream cheese, graham crackers, maple syrup and vanilla in the fridge? SO easy, so creamy, this cheesecake recipe is the perfect dessert!
2. Three Ingredient Healthy Ice Cream
Ice cream made in a blender: this is probably the healthiest version of soft-serve strawberry ice cream that you can make with just 3 simple ingredients: strawberries, banana and milk.
3. No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies
Maybe it’s just me, but these no bake peanut butter cookies are so much better than baked peanut butter cookies. They’re super easy to make – all you need to do is mix ingredients, make balls and flatten them with a fork. Leave in the fridge for about an hour and your peanut butter cookies are done! I used to always buy these rice cakes made out of brown rice, because I thought they were healthier. After a while, I realized I never actually ate them. The reason was, and I’m sorry if you love your rice cakes, but to me, they tasted like paper.
So, one day, after I discovered another package of rice cakes, I decided to break them into pieces, mix them with nut butter and chocolate, spread them out in a pan and refrigerate! They turned into the best chocolate snack ever! Great texture, rich and sweet these bars are one of my favorite easy reicpes now.
8. No-Bake Mini Cheesecakes
These healthy no bake mini cheesecakes are a bit different, but super good! The filling is made with cottage cheese, honey and vanilla. And for the crust you will combine almond butter, coconut flakes, flaxmeal and cinnamon. Believe me, this is a terrific no-bake dessert and it’s actually a much healthier version that the regular thing.

Well, you probably can tell I have a lot of peanut butter at home. Keep them for rainy days. On hot weather days, I make something like this easy peanut butter yogurt bark. It’s cool, it’s sweet, it’s a little bit like ice cream with fruit inside. Love it!
11. Double Chocolate No Bake Balls
These double chocolate energy bites can be a dessert too! They’re rich and super chocolatey with a soft texture. The ingredients include walnuts, almond butter, prunes and cacao. Super healthy and rich in antioxidants.
12. Healthy No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites
Soft and buttery on the inside, chocolatey on the outside, these chocolate bites taste like heaven! They’re the perfect healthier treat after lunch or dinner.
13. Easy Sweet Oatmeal Crepes
One of my favorite types of desserts are crepes! I usually get my dose at breakfast, but nothing beats a good crepe for dessert either. These are made healthier by using oats instead of flour and they are perfect. You can fill them with whatever you desire.
For dessert, whenever I’m a bit more motivated to cook, I love to fill mine with some caramelized banana (just chop a banana and stir it with some coconut oil for 2-3 minutes in a nonstick pan), chopped roasted almonds and a little bit of whipped cream. Or even ice cream if I have some in the fridge. Such a delicious easy dessert that requires no oven.

The Best No-Bake Desserts

Ingredients
FOR THE PEARS:
- 2 pears
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
FOR THE CRUMBLE:
- ½ cup oats
- ¼ cup nuts
- 1 ½ tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 ½ tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Salt
Instructions
- Put all ingredients for the crumble in a food processor and then toast in a pan with ½ tbsp coconut oil for 5 minutes stirring every now and then. Let the crumble cool off - it will get crispier as it cools off.
- Chop the pears in cubes, add to a pan with coconut oil and cinnamon. Saute at medium for 3-4 minutes.
- Place the pears and the crumble in a bowl and top with almond butter, honey / maple syrup or add some milk or yogurt of choice.
